Hosted Buyer Events 2011
I&MI Media manages or promotes several Hosted Buyer programs annually in cooperation with major industry trade shows/events. Many of them have exciting pre or post familiarization trips to high quality destinations providing meeting and incentive buyers and planners with the double advantage of attending a trade show to interact with 1,000’s of suppliers plus an intimate look at a specific destination.
I&MI Media Managed Programs have proven to be highly successful over the years and are designed to provide qualified buyers a first-hand experience to visit selected countries, regions and/or cities where unique and unusual opportunities for meetings and incentive groups have been discovered.
In each country quality suppliers have been sought out, relationships established and their professional ability to handle meetings and incentive groups certified. These inspections are organized at a low cost so that buyers can contribute to their own education.

If you are interested in applying to be an I&MI Media Hosted Buyer for any of these trade shows or inspection programs, click here and fill in a short form and make your selections.
You will then be notified directly before any general invitation is sent when the registrations or pre-registrations open for these events so that you have “first option” to qualify before the events fill up.
Important Note:
Qualifications for participation in these programs is very stringent and buyers must be able to demonstrate their decision-making responsibility and a history of international programs.
