Seminaris CampusHotel Berlin
In the upcoming year, a number of new hotels will open their doors. One such is the Seminaris CampusHotel Berlin – Science & Conference Centre of the Free University which is being constructed from plans by the famous architect Helmut Jahn. The transparent 9,000 square metre façade of the building complex will give it a light-filled and delicate appearance. Inside the conference cube, also called the Dahlem Cube, flexible conference, seminar and meeting rooms are being constructed on a total area of 2,600 square metres.

Leonardo Royal Hotel Berlin
The Leonardo Royal Hotel Berlin will open in June 2009. There are plans for 347 guest rooms and meeting rooms for up to 300 people. Furthermore, a 120 square metre large VIP lounge can be hired for special occasions. Fans of architectural features are in for a treat in the reception lobby. It will retain the attractive Art Deco style of the building constructed between 1930 and 1931.
In Berlin Mitte the "Soho House" concept is being implemented for the first time in Germany. Noble clubhouses of this kind can already be found in London and New York. The investors have selected the former "House of Unity" at the foot of Prenzlauer Berg as the ideal location. The Soho House Berlin is scheduled to open in 2009.
