Whether you’re planning an intimate event for 10 or 10,000 at our Convention Center, you can count on the Puerto Rico Convention Bureau to help coordinate everything. We work with more than 300 members and suppliers from hotels to destination management companies to technical consultants and government representatives. We can help you gather hotel proposals, assist in site selection, organize itineraries and special events, promote and even manage your event.

Puerto Rico is home to some of the most state-of-the-art technology in the world. You’ll find wireless accessibility in all of our hotels and our 580,000 sqft/53,878 sqm Convention Center is the largest and most technologically advanced facility in the Caribbean.

And as far as mail and shipping, all of the major delivery services are here and the mail system is the U.S. Postal Service. Shipping to Puerto Rico is very reasonable considering the additional distance over water. According to a 2008 shipping study conducted by the Puerto Rico Convention Bureau, 79% of exhibitors indicated that shipping to Puerto Rico was either the same as or better than other destinations in the U.S.

Our Convention Center provides meeting accommodations for up to 10,000 people and does it all in a facility of stunning architectural beauty and technical sophistication that is, in a word, breathless. The Convention Center is just one aspect of the Puerto Rico Convention Center District that is being built out to include stores, restaurants and the 500 room Starwood’s Sheraton anchor hotel, due to open in the Fall of 2009.
