International exhibitors who have already re-booked their stands for CIBTM 2009 include the Philippines Department of Tourism, Drewe Associates, Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau, Hawaii CVB, Tourism Flanders, Maison de la France, Vienna Convention Bureau, Barcelona, Marriot International Hotels, Tourism Ireland, Egyptian Tourism and the Ministry of Culture & Tourism of Republic of Indonesia.

New exhibitors to CIBTM this year are Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority, Dubai Department of Trade and Commerce Marketing, Kempinski Hotels, Millennium Hotels, Intercontinental Hotel Group, Metropark Hotels, Hong Kong Tourist Board, Tourism Fiji and SkyTeam. Macau, Korea and Singapore have all increased their stand size and number of sharing companies.
In addition, co-host the Beijing Tourism Administration has significantly increased their stand to accommodate the many new and improved Meetings facilities now available in the Olympic city.
Chinese exhibitors include the Beijing Tourism Administration, Ctrip.com, Gloria International Hotels, Hotel Reservation Service, Regalia Resort & Spa, Tialun International Hotels, Zhong An, Ocean Spring Resort, Shanghai Jinjiang International Travel Ltd, Travelsky and Zendai Art Hotel.
