Easy access
Situated in the heart of the Mid-Atlantic States, a densely populated region with a population of more than 50 million people, Baltimore is easily accessible by plane, train or highway. Three major airports serve the city: Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport in Maryland, Washington Dulles International Airport and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. Baltimore's Penn Station is one of Amtrak's busiest stations. Baltimore is also easily accessible by major highways; I-95, I-83 and I-70.
 
Easy to get around
Although almost everything visitors usually want to see and do is within easy walking distance of the Baltimore Convention Center, it is also easy to explore further afield. The many unique neighborhoods, museums and attractions can be accessed via the fast, free and green Charm City Circulator. This free hybrid bus service features three routes connecting to popular attractions including the Convention Center, Baltimore's Inner Harbor, Historic Fell's Point, Harbor East, Federal Hill, Mount Vernon and Amtrak's Penn Station and the Station North Arts and Entertainment District. The Baltimore Water Taxis provide services around the Inner Harbor.
 
Excellent hotel packages
There are more than 8,500 hotel rooms (5,500 available for block bookings) within walking distance of the Baltimore Convention Center, and thousands more just a short ride away. We feature all of the familiar major brands as well as a number of first-class independent and limited service properties. The variety of hotels makes Baltimore a great place for in-house meetings, too.
