Fine dining at the Hotel Okura Amsterdam
|
The Five-Star Hotel Okura Amsterdam is not only an excellent meeting and incentive property but also it a dining paradise. The Okura holds the distinction of having three on-site restaurants recognized by Michelin. Most recently, Michelin gave the property's Le Camelia Brasserie a Bib Gourmand designation. This is in addition to the Okura's two Michelin star restaurants, Ciel Bleu Restaurant and Yamazato Restaurant. The French Ciel Bleu Restaurant
has been the proud holder of a Michelin star since 2005. The Japanese specialty restaurant Yamazato received its star in 2002 and is still the only traditional Japanese restaurant with one Michelin star in Europe. The combination of these three recognitions by Michelin, for
three very different cuisines makes Hotel Okura Amsterdam unique in Europe. Can you imagine doing a Dine Around with these restaurants!
