Opened in August 1993, this family‑run executive hotel is situated on the Merl Park, in the heart of a residential district, but just a short distance from the city's cultural and business center. Conference and Event Facilities

Four salons are available for meetings, receptions and seminars. Three of these rooms have flexible space and can be combined to accommodate up to 340 people. The smallest room can cater for a maximum of 30 people. All rooms have natural daylight and are equipped with state‑of‑the‑art technology and Wi‑Fi connectivity to ensure productive and successful events. Secretarial and interpreter/translation services are available and there are Meeting Personnel on‑site. Coffee breaks and lunches can be served in the meeting rooms or in the restaurant.
