Oslo Congress Centre is a modern conference center, situated in the middle of Oslo city center. With a capacity of 10 to 1,400 persons in one room and over 25 rooms to choose from, we can arrange a variety of events. We have extensive experience in arranging meetings, conferences, congresses, banquets, dinners, events, fairs and concerts. Our venue covers a conference area of about 6,000 sqm/64,590 sqft over 3 levels. 2,500 sqm/26,912 sqft can be used as exhibition area. Specializing in conferences and congresses, we offer high‑quality in‑house services for food and beverage, reception, technical support, cleaning, cloak room, copy and print. General Description Meeting & Exhibit Facilities

Meeting Rooms

Oslo Congress Centre has 17 meeting rooms of various sizes and a capacity from 10 to 1,400 delegates in one room. The rooms are used for courses, conferences, congresses, annual meetings, seminars, general assembles, board meetings, etc. Whatever you’re planning ‑ we have a room that fits!


We have a 2,691 sqft/250 sqm Auditorium with a capacity of 180 persons. In conjunction with meetings in the Auditorium, Torghjørnet is often used as a parallel station, to expand the break area or for exhibitions.


With a gross exhibition area of 2,500 sqm/26,912 sqft, Oslo Congress Centre can arrange most types of fairs and exhibitions. Getting equipment inside is easy with several entrances from street level. With our in‑house services for furniture, technical equipment, electricity, signage, cleaning, copy and print, we help making exhibitions run efficiently and successfully.

Services Available to Planners

As a planner you will get a dedicated coordinator to assist you when planning the event. We offer in‑house services for tables, chairs, technical equipment, electricity, signage, cleaning, copy and print. With our own professional kitchen we offer anything from set lunch menus to 3‑course banquet menus, catering and finger food. Free wireless Internet available to all our guests.

Equipment Supplied by Center

Each meeting room is supplied with standard technical equipment: projector (LCD screen in the smallest rooms), screen, flipchart, whiteboard and wireless Internet. Additional standard equipment in halls: panel table for 4 persons, lectern with microphone and 2 wireless microphones. We also offer the latest technical solutions: video‑conferencing, web‑streaming, TV transfer etc. We can supply any material upon request.

Service Supplied by Center

In‑house services include F&B, staffed reception, signage, furniture, technical support (4 permanent sound technicians), cleaning, cloak room, copy and print.

Service Supplied by Local Vendors

We work closely with a number of suppliers in various categories. We can assist with hotel rooms, interpreting services, floral decorations, activities and lots more.
