Römer (City Hall)
This former Patrician villa, featuring a three‑gabled roof, has served as Frankfurt´s city Hall since 1405. It continues to be the seat of the city´s lord mayor to this day.
Main Tower
The Main Tower is the first high‑rise in Frankfurt with a publically accessible observation platform, situated some 200 metres above the city streets.
Museum Embankment
This unique boulevard of cultural institutions comprises first‑class museums presenting everything from applied arts, film and architecture to art, Jewish history and ancient sculptures. Famous architets such as Richard Meier and O.M. Ungers were involved in the construction and expansion of many of the architectonic gems on display.
Palmengarten
Frankfurt´s botanical gardens consist of 20 hectares of parklands and 9,000 square metres of greenhouses replete with flora of the most diverse climate zones. Internationally renowned exhibitions and festive events provide a colourful social program.
Goethe‑House
Birthplace of J. W. von Goethe (28.08.1749) and place of his youth; here, the great poet and author wrote such celebrated works as "The Sorrows of Young Werther" and the beginnings of "Faust".
