Punta Cana 5 Day Program Example for Incentives & Conventions

Day One: Punta Cana Airport arrivals, full meet and greet and private transfers.
Upon exiting the airport, the CTS airport team will be on hand with signage showing your company or program logo to greet all guests and escort them through the parking lot with CTS umbrellas to their awaiting transportation. They will be offered a refreshing cold bottle of water and all of the guest names will be checked. Tourist Card: CTS can assist by pre‑purchasing Tourist Cards and shipping them directly to you in advance to disperse to the guests. This service saves the guests time and money. Private transfer: All of our transfers are private and scheduled per flight so that guests are quickly and safely transported to their resort. Number of staff and size of transfer vehicle are based on the number of guests per flight. Additional options: porter and baggage assistance, lightly scented cold towels to refresh face and hands (can include your logo and guests can use during other activities), cold water, cold soda and beer on transfer, transfers to/from La Romana or Santo Domingo airports, VIP transfer vehicles: Cadillac Escalade, GMC Yukon or helicopter (includes cold hand towel p.p.). Hotel private check‑in and cocktail. Welcome Party Dominican Carnival Nights.

Day Two: Full day activity: Marine encounter with seafood lunch. A unique and unforgettable experience.
Discover the incredible world of the sting rays and the nurse sharks and swim in complete freedom with these animals in a natural park in the middle of the sea. Then enjoy a seafood platter at the best seafood restaurant in the area: crayfish, crab, shrimps, fish (catch of the day), conch and calamaris. Included: Marine Encounter: local beer, rum, sodas and water and light snack. Seafood restaurant: seafood platter, salad, potatoes (chips), sangria, local beer, rum, sodas, water, coffee and fruits. Dine around in the property's restaurants or in our excellent selection of the finest off‑property restaurants.

Day Three: Full day activity: Dominican Culture Adventure. Experience a magnificent adventure taking you to mountains, sea and valleys through breathtaking landscapes. Witness the real Dominican Republic and the wonderful, warm people that live here. Go right inside a local's home and see how families cope ingeniously without the mod cons, running water and electricity. Sample exotic fruits grown in their very own backyards and taste home grown roasted coffee and coco. This is a great adventure where you learn so much about the Dominican Republic and have some serious fun too! Included: guides, local beer, local rum, sodas, water and a lunch buffet served at the ranch. Evening theme: White Lounge Night under the Stars.

Day Four: Extensive half a day activities choice: Zip lines, speed boats, floating spa, deep sea fishing, golf, shopping tours, catamarans, helicopter rides, and much more... Join us for a team building or humanitarian help activity. The additional touch and challenge for your incentives: we create for you a complete range of personalized services of motivational activities, tournaments, survivor's games, team building, treasure hunts and humanitarian actions and help available for everyone. This will add an entertaining and stimulating element to your program. Gala evening.

Day Five: Hotel departures, assistance and transfers: All hotel departures are coordinated by our airport and group coordinators. All transfers are private and exclusive. Our airport staff greets you at your departure terminal and directs you to your airline check‑in while our airport porters are taking care of your luggage. Additional group options: Departure and luggage control flight by flight hotel and airport, departure greetings by a typical Perico Ripiao band, banner or flags with your company logo, luxurious VIP transfers: Cadillac Escalade or GMC Yukon SUVs
