Dubrovnik airport is located 22 km/12 miles from the city. It is served by several international airlines. Croatia Airlines a Star Alliance Partner is a national airline of Croatia. Croatia Airlines buses run from the city Bus Terminal to the airport for departure and arrivals. Taxis are available at the airport, the Bus Terminal and at the entrances to the old town. Most hotels have their own taxi service. Croatian liners link Dubrovnik along the Adriatic with ports of Korcula, Hvar, Split and Rijeka. Croatian and Italian liners connect Dubrovnik with the Italian ports Bari and Ancona. Public Transportation
General Information

There is a regular bus service in Dubrovnik. Buses run from Pile Gate in all directions, and have bus stops close to every hotel. Bus tickets can be purchased on board or in tobacconists. Tourist resorts and the villages of the Dubrovnik Riviera are connected with regular public buses. Cavtat is connected by boat from the town harbor. The islands are connected with regular ferries.

Taxis

There are several taxi stations at the Pile Gate and Ploce Gate, right at the entrance of the old city as well as at the bus terminal, airport, Dubrovnik Port, shopping centers and hotels.
